Ladies County Champs 

Massive congratulations to our very own Melissa McMahon on winning the county ladies championship On Monday at Came Down golf club. 

Melissa has won this two years on the trot and four times in total, all of us at LRGC are very proud of you!

 

Wedge Gapping 

Get ready for the season by learning how far you hit your wedges, this will help you hit the ball closer to the hole helping you reduce your scores! Just simply book your appointment in the pro shop. This service is completely free!

 

Wedge Fitting Day 

Unfortunately we have had to cancel the Wedge Fitting Day on Saturday 4th June. But for anyone who would like to get fitted for wedges please feel free to contact the pro shop to book a fitting.

 

Driving Range Baskets 

Can anyone who has a driving range basket please return it to the pro shop as soon as possible as once again we are very short of baskets.

 

Invitation to Members 

This past winter two years of wood clearing took place between the 17th and 18th, but only one years worth of planting was possible. To accelerate the regeneration of this area members are invited to contribute to a tree/bush fund. The area by the first tee is being cleared of all stones, brambles and tree roots prior to compost being laid. It is suggested that a donation of £25 per person/couple would achieve a lot. We hope you can support this.
